Reed & Kilpatrick Memorial Scholarship

Three families came together to honor the lives of a father and son, Bill and Billy Kilpatrick, and their longtime best friend, Bill Reid, by establishing this scholarship. Their collective gift celebrates a shared legacy of camaraderie, service, and belief in the power of education to make a lasting difference.

These three men were instrumental in the establishment and continued success of the Bilbo Golf Tournament, which started more than 40 years ago.  Funds raised have gone back to support various nonprofits and scholarships for college-bound youth.

Eligibility

• Applicants attending any accredited 2-year or 4-year institution or vocational/trade school;
• Applicant will describe how they previously embodied excellence in citizenship and how they plan to continue that work during and after their education.
